If you're using a Mac and you have iCloud Photo Library enabled on your computer you should already be able to access the photos iniCloud.com. Once you're in signed into iCloud, select the icon for Photos, then choose the photo that you're wanting to print. In the top right hand corner you should see some icons, one of them is a cloud with an arrow pointing down. That is the option you will choose to download the photo to your Mac so you can then print it.

Update to the latest version of macOS. Choose Apple menu > About This Mac > Software Update. If you’re using macOS Mojave or earlier, choose Apple menu > App Store. See if there’s an update available.
